Vision Plan 2008
I liked the quotes from William Glasser, but what was the vision? I, as the teacher will not fail my students? That could mean that you as a teacher, will not fail your students. You will do the best you can to the best of your ability to ensure every student is treated with respect and fairly. I like that outlook at lot better than having to say, I will not fail my students, meaning, failing them with grades.
